Learn how to control emotions anchored to everyday situations at work, home, while driving and in all other waking situations. This increased control will help you become and remain more relaxed, reduce high blood pressure, fall asleep more easily and sleep more soundly.
It is important that these instructions be followed as closely as possible to maximize your results. Please listen to the recording for at least 27 – 30 days, because it takes this long to change a habit. The purpose of the recording is to create a new program/pattern, one that pertains to the change that you want to make, so that it becomes permanent.
For the best results:
1. Utilize the recording whenever you can. At least once a day. Bedtime is a great time, as you can easily move into the “Theta brain-wave state”. (This is where the magic happens) The recording can play all night long on low volume. (loop it – have it play over and over again - repeat) Remember the unconscious mind hears everything. Fall asleep as you are listening to it - it is perfectly fine to do so.
2. If using it during the daytime, find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed-- you will be hypnotized. Never listen to this while driving because you will be hypnotized.
3. Use the recording for at least 27-30 consecutive days. Even if the desired results are reached prior to the 27-30 days, please continue to utilize the recording so the new habit pattern can be anchored permanently into your unconscious mind.
